In summary, biomechanics is the study of how the body moves and functions, and it can greatly enhance our understanding of sports science. By analyzing the forces, motions, and structures involved in athletic movements, biomechanics can help identify optimal techniques and training methods, prevent injuries, and enhance performance. It also plays a crucial role in the design of sports equipment and facilities. Additionally, biomechanics can provide valuable insights into the biomechanical differences between individuals and how these differences may impact their performance in sports. Overall, integrating biomechanics into sports science can lead to a deeper understanding of human movement and ultimately improve athletic performance.

Hi everyone
I'm new to this and currently studying a Sports Science degree which encompasses a lot physics in the biomechanics courses so I'm here to hopefully learn some new things and make some new friends.
PS Physics really isn't a strong point so I'll probably be asking a lot of questions
Hope to hear from people soon
Cheers
Josh
