Help with Schooling Gap Essay for University at Buffalo

I need some help from this community once again. I have to write a Schooling Gap essay and I was wondering if its OK mention that I never finished high school but I did receive my GED certificate.

Here's the instructions:


A letter outlining the type of activities you have been involved in since high school (employment, military, raising a family, schooling, etc.) must be submitted to the Office of Admissions.

University at Buffalo.
