Which program are you looking at? Math? Physics? Astrophysics? If it's the latter, I'd say go with Ohio State - it's higher ranked than ASU, although I've known people to graduate from both. It also depends on which subfield you're interested in.

Uskalu, you ask the same questions over and over, and get the same answers over and over. I think Driscol's advice is maybe the best, although Cyclovenom's variation of it isn't bad.

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but this kind of behavior is not looked upon favorably at US grad schools. It would be a good idea to alter it before you get to wherever you are going.
