How did you find PF?

I was having question about a specific topic about kinetic energy, and found the forum via Google.

Hello everyone. I am Pedro, Brazilian and 19-year-old. I was always fascinated by physics and science-related area. Though I'm scientifically fascinated, I'm not scientifically gifted. But I keep coming back because the phenomena around it always fascinates me, and I always come back to search for the topic. Unemployed at the moment, my only escape during this period is researching physics and other scientific areas, like mathematics and quantum physics, but I struggle to understand as I'm a layperson. But, at least for me, it is better than nothing than just learn new concepts and subjects than have a empty mind.

I have a few papers on my room with some mechanical devices that involves some elastic band wind-up mechanism (as I'm afraid of electricity) and some hydrokinetic mechanisms too. My projects mainly involve fans, as I like their operation and how they work.

I have one thought experiment in which I am a bit reluctant to discuss there, because it involves a bit complicated and possibly impratical method of work, but it involves kinetic energy and use of ants. I hope this doesn't comes as too inconvenient, but I would gently ask for someone there who are specialized in the area of kinetic energy that I can contact them by private messages to show them my project? Because I really prefer to show the project in private in order to the person to verify if my thought experiment in theory is pratical. Other than that, I apologize for making this request.
