The official nominations must come from someone on our staff, which is the rank of MHB Site Helper or higher but if you have recommendations like these then you can always PM or another staff member so we are aware that you have noticed a user we should consider. I'm sure that jakncoke is a great math helper but in general we look for consistent posting and help here at MHB before promoting.
