In summary, when introducing a new member with questions about mechanics, it is important to make them feel welcome and encouraged to ask questions. It is also helpful to provide them with a basic understanding of the mechanics involved and to offer resources for further learning. Additionally, it is essential to create a safe and inclusive environment for the new member to ask questions and learn at their own pace. By following these guidelines, the new member will feel more comfortable and confident in their understanding of mechanics.

Hello everyone,

New Member, will be asking question that might be obvious to some but not me as my background is non physics.

Unfortunately my work now requires me to know a little about mechanics so I'm here asking basic questions.
