Hi Metal sculptor wanting to learn

In summary, a metal sculptor is interested in learning and starting their craft. They are seeking to expand their skills and knowledge in creating art through metal work. This may involve learning new techniques, materials, and tools, as well as developing a unique style and vision for their sculptures. The metal sculptor's ultimate goal is to use their skills to create visually stunning and meaningful pieces of art that will captivate and inspire others.

I've become a metal sculptor, getting more serious in retirement from a career in law and government. It's exciting to get back into, first geometry of shapes and the physics of welding. Now I am doing a few larger pieces and currently a kinetic piece so I find myself reading a lot about mechanical and structural engineering so that what I put up stays up. My largest contribution may be asking weird questions. Thanks for being here.
