What might global health care be?

In summary, there is no consensus on an affordable level of global health care and it is a highly hypothetical question due to the lack of agreement on the definition of "affordable" among world leaders and politicians. There are currently no studies exploring this topic.

Are there any studies that explore what an affordable level of global health care potentially looks like?

EG -

Can the human race afford potable water and sewage for all humans? If so, can we then afford making aspirin available to all humans (if that were next)? If so ...

Etc.

At a macro level, I am wondering if there are studies assessing what is theoretically attainable if everyone on the planet had equal health care.

Potable water counts as preventive health care imo, that may be a subjective judgement that there is not good agreement on.

Define "affordable". I seriously doubt that you could get agreement on ANY definition among all of the world leaders and politicians who would have to be involved in any attempt to implement such as system, so asking about it as a hypothetical is pretty much useless.
