You more than just RPM to quantify performance. Diameter of the fan, pressure ratio of the overall compression stages...

There is not a specific relation between RPM and the performance parameters. Rather by using this angular velocity u can find out the performance of the compressor and the turbine, from which you can find out the performance of the engine... just check it out.
