[tex]\frac{\partial Q}{\partial K}= \frac{\frac{2}{3}}{L}[/tex]

I suspect it is just a typo, but you want:

\(\displaystyle \pd{Q}{K}=\frac{\frac{2}{3}}{K}=\frac{2}{3K}\)
