In summary, Yoshinori Ohsumi was awarded the 2016 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his discoveries of mechanisms for autophagy. The upcoming schedule for Nobel Prizes includes Physics on October 4th, Chemistry on October 5th, Peace on October 7th, and Economic Sciences on October 10th, with Literature to be announced at a later date. Discussions have already begun on the Physics and Chemistry prizes, and Bob Dylan was recently announced as the winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature. The location of the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm may be confused with Oslo by some.

I just heard about this on Facebook.

CONGRATULATE YOSHINORI OHSUMI, awarded the 2016 #NobelPrize in Physiology or Medicine.
"for his discoveries of mechanisms for autophagy"

I have no idea what an "autophagy" is. But if someone wins a Nobel Prize for it, I should probably google that.
After my nap of course.

Upcoming schedule:
04 Oct: Physics
05 Oct: Chemistry
07 Oct: Peace
10 Oct: Economic Sciences
later__: Literature
