I have some unique ideas, however, I do not have any skill in drawing, I want to pursue putting the ideas to paper in a different way. This will also aide me in creating my ideas by having a cnc, or 3-d print made from my ideas. I have two particularly in mind. An improved swirl chamber design "I'll need the aide of metallurgist and a tool and die manufacturer" and a unique engine design, based on already existing technology. "CNC machining facilities will suffice for this one" any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
