In summary, improving understanding of physics as a high school student can be achieved by practicing problem-solving techniques, seeking help from teachers or tutors, using visual aids and online resources, and actively engaging in class discussions and experiments. It is also important to have a strong foundation in mathematics and to approach the subject with a curious and open mindset. Consistent effort and dedication to learning can greatly enhance understanding and performance in physics.

Hi All,

I am a year 12 student in Alberta, Canada. Struggling with physics and unfortunately I do not inderstand most lessons! We don't have a textbook, just notes from class and a workbook. I am great at math, just can't seem to get physics. Looking forward to any clarity on concepts I an get from this forum.
