I am trying to develop a spreadsheet to calculate the flow rate of mold cooling channels to achieve turbulence flow. The parameters I have are the cooling channel diameter, operating temperature and required reynolds number of 5000. The coolant is water in most cases. Great if you guys can throw in the formulae and methods you used in the past.
