In summary, the proper HTML code for embedding mathematics in text boxes involves using the <math> tag along with the appropriate attributes and values to display mathematical equations and symbols. This allows for a more visually appealing and organized way to present mathematical content on a webpage. It is important to use proper syntax and formatting when using the <math> tag to ensure compatibility with different browsers and devices. Additionally, alternate text should be provided for screen readers to make the content accessible to all users. Overall, embedding mathematics in text boxes using HTML is a useful and effective way to enhance the presentation of mathematical content on a webpage.

Hi,

I am looking to understand the embedding html code in this text box to input mathematics using latex.
What is the start and end code? In some places its $$, others its <math> </math> etc.
Also if this is not the case, would I need to install java and mathjax.
Thanks
