IIRC, Angelfire (and a number of other server systems) has a barrier against "hotlinking". You can cut'n'paste a link into your browser entry and it will accept that (I got that to work), but will not allow linking from an embedded URL in a post.

Related to Change of independent variables problem

1. What is a change of independent variables problem?

A change of independent variables problem is a mathematical problem that involves changing the variables in an equation or function in order to make the problem easier to solve or to gain a better understanding of the relationship between the variables.

2. Why do scientists use a change of independent variables?

Scientists use a change of independent variables to simplify complex mathematical problems and to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying relationships between different variables. This technique is commonly used in physics, chemistry, and other scientific fields.

3. How do you know when to use a change of independent variables?

A change of independent variables is often used when a problem involves multiple variables and it is difficult to find a solution using the original set of variables. It is also useful when trying to visualize and analyze the relationship between different variables.

4. What are some common techniques for changing independent variables?

Some common techniques for changing independent variables include substitution, integration by parts, and trigonometric substitutions. These techniques involve manipulating the variables in an equation or function to make it easier to solve or analyze.

5. Are there any limitations to using a change of independent variables?

While a change of independent variables can be useful in simplifying and understanding complex problems, it may not always be possible or practical to use. Some problems may not have a clear relationship between variables that can be easily manipulated, and in some cases, the change of variables may not result in a simpler problem. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the new set of variables still accurately represent the original problem.
