In summary, central sleep apnea is a sleep disorder caused by a dysfunction in the brain's respiratory control center. The latest medicines used to treat central sleep apnea include oxygen therapy, carbon dioxide inhalation, and medications like acetazolamide and theophylline. These medicines are readily available in Greece and can be prescribed by a doctor. The effectiveness of these medicines varies from person to person, and alternative treatments such as CPAP therapy, oral appliances, and lifestyle changes may also be recommended. It is important to work closely with a doctor to determine the best treatment plan for each individual case.

We cannot give medical advice on PF. Try these:
google search "NIH CPAP" --for mechanical devices
google search "NIH apnea" --
These will result in white papers, research and clinical reports, otherwise you will be inundated with advertisements. Which likely have questionable advice.
