Can an Armchair Scientist Solve the Mysteries of the Universe?

In summary, an armchair scientist, someone who studies the universe without physically going out and conducting experiments, may not be able to fully solve the mysteries of the universe. While they can make observations and propose theories, they may lack the resources and technology to prove them. However, their contributions and insights can still play a valuable role in advancing our understanding of the universe. Ultimately, a combination of both armchair scientists and those conducting physical experiments may be needed to unravel the mysteries of the universe.

Hey, there.
I'm more of a science fan than a scientist, but I've taken upon myself to puzzle out all of the mysteries of the universe, if only from my arm chair. I'm autodidactic and a voracious reader, and tend to bristle when people tell me that the lack of extra letters after my name means I couldn't possibly understand something.
