Probably the best way is to buy an algebra book and go through each chapter doing all the practice problems.

I would approach the question of the best ways to practice and learn math by considering the research and evidence-based methods that have been shown to be effective. While memorization can be helpful in some cases, it is not the most effective way to learn math. Instead, I would recommend a combination of understanding concepts, practicing problem-solving, and utilizing visual aids.

Firstly, it is important to understand the underlying concepts of math rather than just memorizing formulas. This will allow for a deeper understanding and application of mathematical principles. One way to achieve this is by breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable parts and understanding how they relate to each other.

Secondly, practicing problem-solving is crucial in learning math. This can involve solving a variety of problems, from simple to more complex, and working through them step by step. This helps to build problem-solving skills and reinforces the concepts learned.

Lastly, visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and graphs can be helpful in understanding and remembering mathematical concepts. These aids can make abstract concepts more concrete and easier to comprehend.

In addition to these methods, it is important to practice regularly and seek help from a tutor or teacher if needed. With consistent effort and utilizing effective learning strategies, you can improve your math skills and understanding.
