I am building a computer with an AMD 5950x which I will be using ONLY for simulation purposes. I've been looking at youtube videos and have found that overclocking all cores limits the tip frequency of high performance cores which his undesirable. ASUS AMD AM4 Strix X570 is the exception to this as it allows you use some "auto" function which limits it on its onw.

My questions are many...

Are there any other motherboard that allow you to change the voltage manually (automatically through software)? Are there any motherboards you would recommend?
