i have read an article a long time ago about left handed people being faster than right handed people in sports.
it was because the impulses received from sensory neurons end up in the one hemisphere in the brain and has to pass to the other one then a message is sent to motor neurons in...
hello everybody
can anyone help me find saturn and Jupiter on a given night. i have a medium powered reflective telescope and i have to organize an astronomy night on the 3rd of june
thanks.
by explain I mean:
is there a plausible model for a mass that has a repulsive force towards its kind similar to an electron in the boundaries of the general theory of relativity.
I do not mean to ask however, if the model of an electron is accepted as a mass that has an electromagnetic...
Can general relativity explain electron-electron repulsion?
Not asking how it may explain the result but how exactly could a certain mass produce such a phenomenon as electrostatic repulsion, please be elaborate in your response.
2.
I know about other models of the spatial universe but i do not want to delve any deeper than i can pry for the moment.
but i recently teared a piece of cloth in two. That got me thinking of the expanding universe with accelerations and decelerations(shrinking) in that expansion.I have not...
thank you for answering my thread.
i only have to correct that i meant to say IF something like this exists and not that they do.
I thought up the idea myself i was not thinking about the electronic cloud in hydrogen but rather the fact that an extra dimension should in principle give...
I quote from THE UNIVERSE IN A NUTSHELL by Stephan Hawkins
"on the other hand, if there were four or more nearly flat directions, the gravitational force between two bodies increase more rapidly as they approached each other. This would mean that planets would not have stable orbits about their...
point taken and true.
but the fact that w is constant makes wt =phi implies phi is no longer a degree of freedom.
while phi is not constant!
in the same context why isn't alpha a degree of freedom it was never given that it is constant
but alpha must change w.r.t. phi in some way which...
yes thanks for the reply.
i understand what you are sayying.
but my question is why isn't the angle alpha a degree of freedom which will require its own lagrange equation right.
secondly, 1/2M r-dot^2 is for the kinetic energy of a rotating body where r is the position from the origin while...
hi there i am studying lagrange and hamiltonian mechanics.
i came about this question from a previous test session please if anyone can help.
the question is about a mass rotating on a rectilinear string attached without friction from a point A on the z axis.
the length of the string is h =...
i have to submit a report on the characteristics of a transistor.
there's three zones
blockage zone
saturation zone
and modulation zone
i understand the first 2
but the modulation zone i couldn't find out what it is
please help if you can
thanks
ya your probably right i was just saying why run away from what works and try those exotic theories that don't.
i am disappointed in the fact that even after all the open mindedness towards science humans could never think out of their own nature and formulate a working theory.
you are right...
with all due respect to all the people who are working day and night to write these theories in a book for me to read it.
my opinion is that most those theories have holes and missing pieces like these.
i think that scientists are taking short cuts more than they are formulating well defined...
just a thought.
if the energy of a photon E= hf.
and an electron can receive or loose photons in such energies only.
and the electron can not absorb half of the photon then the other half just a full quantum at a time.
doesn't that mean is some sort of way that there is no time elapsed...
