How do they figure this answer out?
sin 240 x sec(-45) - tan (-pie/6) csc(-315)
Basiclaly it says
sin(240 degrees) times sec(-145 degrees) - tan(-pie/positive 6) csc(-315 degrees)
says the answer is -square root 6/6
sorry I don't know how to do the symbol stuff on this forum :(...
I don't understand how they figure these problems out.
Give the quadrant in which each of the following points are located, and determine which of the functions are postive and which are negative.
(4, 3) Quadrant I; SIN +; COS +; TAN +; CSC +; SEC +; COT +;
I understand that I think...
A = {(x,7)}: (1,2), (2,5), (3,8), . . .} Answer: y = 3x - 1
Can someone explain the rules of correspondence. I read it in the book that I have several times, but it doesn't explain it fully 100%.
F(X) = x^2 + 2; G(X) = x - 3
F times G
Now, I don't know if this problem is different but for the times sign for F times G, its an open circle, its not solid.
Answer is (x - 3)^2 + 2 or x^2 - 6x + 11
f(x) = 2x - 1; G(x) = 3x + 2; H(x) = x^2
Find f(x) + G(x) + H(x)
Answer is x^2 + 5x + 1.
can someone explain the problem to me please <3
////////////Oh I see now, I was putting the wrong sign in that's why I was'nt getting it, my carless mistakes D:! please forgive D:
Two functions are said to be equal if they ahve the same domain and, for each value in the domain set, the function values are equal respectively.
F = {(2,3),(3,4),(4,5)
G = {(3,4),(4,5),(2,3)
The domain sets are equal, and f(x) = g(x) for each corresponding value of the domain.
