Dear all,
My question is a bit philosophical.
Can humanity reach complete/total/absolute knowledge and control of the world, where there is nothing new to be known?!
Thnx :)
Dear all
Now -- as you all know -- scientists have reached the ability to synthesize a full DNA.
My question is:
Is it scientifically possible to synthesize a full cell? Can scientists do it?
And if yes, when scientists can possibly reach that stage?
Another question please:
When...
Dear all
I've read that some "Multiverse" theories suggest that there are infinite number of universes .. But they are all disconnected universes.. each have its own matter and energy, own spacetime, own constants, and own laws.
They cannot affect each other and nothing can pass through them...
I know that it's impossible to look from outside, because there is no outside ..
But i mean, isn't the sum of all actions, reactions, matter, anti-matter, and everything in the universe ,, equal to ZERO ??!
Hi all
I have a question please.
Now, for every action, there is a reaction ... For matter, there is anti-matter ..
These actions, reactions, matter, and anti-matter,, cancel each other .. so the sum of it is equal to zero ..
ok .. so my question is:
if we looked at the whole...
Hi all
My question is, what has caused the big bang?
Could be vacuum fluctuations? or collisions between two other universes, or big creature that caused it ?!
Thank you
Hi all
I know, that this question may have been asked many times before.
What is the position of god in science?
What proofs science can give for the existence or non-existence of god?
by god here, i mean a creator of the universe .. not the abrahamic concept of god
thank u
I agree with this ... We cannot prove that there are no sea creatures smaller than 2 inches except by using experiments that prove that such creatures does not exist [ A net that can catch sea creatures that are less than 2 inches long will either prove or disprove that such creatures exist ]
I...

Criticising the scientific method !
Hi all
Quoting a part of prof. Michael Shermer's book: Why people believe weird things?, about some problems of scientific thinking, made me a bit confused.
"Let us suppose that an ichthyologist is exploring the life of the ocean. He casts a net into the...
Hey there
Why did the big bang happened? what made it happen? what is the cause of the big bang?
Could be vacuum fluctuations?
Or a collision between different branes or universes?
Could be some sort of a creator?
What is the most proved and most appropriate theory that talks about...
Quantum Entanglement!
How "Quantum Entanglement" happens?!
As far as i know, it's one sub-atomic particle (i.e. electron) sendig data to another particle no matter the distance between them ... How does it work? and why?
And could it work between big particles, molecules, and living beings...
Einstein was dreaming about theory of everything that unify all the known physical forces in just one theory ... Unfortunately, he died before his dream comes true ...
But nowadays, are we close to a real unified theory that explains the universe?
Or is it just a wishfull stupid metaphysical...
thank u all ..
Well .. i mean here by "nothing", the philosophical "Absolute nothing" ..
But i found out that this is doesn't exist ,, it is just a philosophical concept
And the "Nothing", that physics is talking about, is the Zero-Point Energy in the vacuum ...
So it has been created from...
