What were you doing at 16?

Same as me. Same hours. Same pills, probably 🤣 I've recently noticed that the more I sleep, the better I get along at everything (studies, work, communication skills - in my context, this last means I tend to listen to the folk I'm in front of, instead of myself...). Best wishes, truly. Marcos

What were you doing at 16?

Hi, @erobz, amazing, but, did you take the time to sleep the mandatory hours? I haven't got a clue, @berkeman could tell, but I think you really had a year of living... Hard, crazy, intense... How many hours without rest, did have your days? Anyhow, good work. Best wishes, PF

Hi Fine Neither I. Been looking for some explanation... What did I mean? I've read a couple of times... Better. I personally prefer to leave aside "infinity is not..." I cannot make any sense of it . True. Thanks!

B Some questions regarding the integral of cos(ax), "a" not zero

Hi, PF $$\int h(x)<\infty$$ This means $$cos(a_nx)$$ is bounded above I'm struggling with this statement. I must say this post is exploratory, not to say it could be erratic. Well, my attempt to understand it relies in the following quote...

What were you doing at 16?

I forgot to tell. I passed all exams in June, and my parents made me one of the best gifts of my life: I went to the USA on July. One month. Guided, of course: I was only 16. Visited New York for three days (I remember I climbed all the stairs inside the Liberty Statue; don't know how I managed...

B Some questions regarding the integral of cos(ax), "a" not zero

Hi PF, @Mark44 ! Well, you got me. I mean, my curiosity runs beyond my mathematical background. It's time for me to take some brief pause to think new ways to focus the thread. ¡Saludos, amigo! Meet in two days.

B Some questions regarding the integral of cos(ax), "a" not zero

Hi, PF I had to enroll at the UNED to access tutors. Various prejudices have prevented it from doing so. I was also about to ask a student at the University of the Basque Country who was finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. I recoiled too. @fresh_42 last post is quite difficult to...

My glass beer bottle survived a fall from the 10th floor, how, & why?

Hi, @dzbshea, I like physics since I read at Tipler and Mosca "Physics for Science and Technology" introduction "Nature of Physics": The search for understanding the world we live in has adopted many shapes, or, better said, answers, i.e. Religion, Art, and Science. So from my point of view...

B Some questions regarding the integral of cos(ax), "a" not zero

Hi, Yes it is. I've studied the post for a while, but still doubts. I'm plannig on ask them to a UNED (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_University_of_Distance_Education) teacher. My opinion is that it is a good step (turn to face-to-face and expert help). Best wishes!

Is Abbeville's City Hall Unique for Housing an Opera House?

There are stories about ghosts at the inn, and it features on "ghost tours" of Abbeville. We didn't see any. :frown: You've brought a smile to my face. If on this side of the pond I manage to steal the British Guiana 1c magenta, it's yours, ha! Best wishes!
