It's that wonderful time of the year again,
when we dig out the Chrismas mondegreens,
those amusing examples of misheard lyrics.

Joyful oily nations rise,
Joint the triumph of disguise.
With the jelly toast proclaim
Christ is born in Bethlehem.

Sing, choirs of angels,
Sing in eggs all stationed ...

He's making a list of chicken and rice ...

While shepherds washed their fox by night ...

You'll tell Carol, "Be a skunk, I require" ...
In the meadow we can build a snowman
and pretend that he is sparse and brown ...
Later on, we'll count spiders ...

We three kings of porridge and tar ...

Olive, the other reindeer ....

Let every heart prepare a broom
and having a manger scene
...

Dawn we now our day of peril ...

Barney's the king of Israel ...

Troll the agents, you'll tie Carol ...

Round young birds in mother and child ...

Get dressed, you married gentlemen,
Let nothing through this May
...

And the Jose Feliciano classic:
. . Fleas, naughty dog

A thoughtful tribute to one of our admins:

"I heard the belles on Chris missed day...."
