Since this scanned notes is not clear enough , so I retype some parts of the notes,

The enthalphy , h is given by the formula , h = u +Pv = u + P/ ρI want to ask about the total energy of the flowing fluid , which is given by the formula =

P/ ρ + e = h + ke +pe = h + (V^2) /2 +gz

Why the h appear in the equation , if h appear in the equation , then shoudn’t the equation = u + P/ ρ + e ?

Why in the first part of the equation of total energy of the flowing fluid , the u is missing ?
