We were offline for a couple of hours it seems. We switched back to Apache webserver after trying out Litespeed for a month. Our traffic isn't high enough to get use out of Litespeed and it costs $14 a month, but you shouldn't notice any changes in page load times and database speed. I look forward to when we'll need to tweak our server for high traffic :)

I noticed, but this happens from time to time with all sites on which I have been active.

I just kept trying periodically, knowing we would eventually be back up!

Down times are almost unavoidable for sites hosted on a single server but minimizing them is important for us. If you notice any problems with site performance (loading times, issues specific to browsers) or the site was offline at some point and you don't think we noticed it then feel free to let us know. :)

So far no change, and I want to add that this is one of the quickest sites I have used in terms of loading pages.
