In particular, do we need to prove that ##V'(r_{12}')=V(r_{12})##, where ##V'(r_{12}')## is the potential energy function in the reference frame ##S'##, moving at a uniform velocity with respect to the reference frame ##S##, and ##r_{12}'## is the distance between particles ##1## and ##2## in reference frame ##S'##.
Another question is would a central force remain central under a change of reference frame under Galilean transformation? Why?
