I do :) I played quite a bit online when I was in college and still legal in the US. Do you play?

Yeah I do, wish I could could play more. Is it still illegal to play online in the us? I find it strange that it's been made illegal strange. Do you still play any live games at all or anything?

I don't live in a city close to a casino and my friends don't want to play with me because they see that I've been playing for a long time and will just take all of their money, haha. So I don't get to play very much.

I would say my favorite game right now is Pot Limit Omaha followed by Hold 'Em, but I am familiar with lots of games - Razz, Stud, Omaha Hi/Lo, 2-7 lowball and some others. What games do you play?

I actually only really play NL holdem, I've played other games (Razz, Studd,...) but I've always like NL holdem the best. It's always worked out quite nicely for me because I live in the UK so I can play online, where there is no shortage of NL holdem games, and my live games (friends, poker society,...) have always been NL holdem as well.

Do you ever read poker books or anything? I have a few, one of which is Bill Chen's Mathematics of poker which I have attempted to read 3 or 4 times but I never really get past the first hundred pages! Although as one of my new years resolutions I promised myself I would finish it!!(Smile)

I have glanced at almost all the major poker books but honestly the best resources for getting better are training sites and forums. I'll give my recommendations.

Training sites
(all of these require paid subscriptions)
cardrunners.com
deucescracked.com
bluefirepoker.com

Forum
forumserver.twoplustwo.com

I play Texas Hold'Em on occasion. I was even very good at it, made some money off of friends and my friend's friends.
