In summary, the question is seeking information on bachelor's degrees in physics taught in English in Europe, excluding the UK and Ireland, and has not received sufficient responses on the Physics Forums website.

but got no answers.
Nonsense. It got two answers, and the question itself mentioned two others,

This is not a good start if you want to be a scholar.

It got one answer (the other one referred to a master's degree, and not a bachelor). I assume there are more than one university in Europe in which a bachelor in physics is taught in English, so a single university answer can be considered an unsufficiently answered post for the question posted.
