Greetings!. I am about to obtain a Masters degree in physics. I am working basically with EM wave propagation phenomena. I would like to find a job in the oil field, especially in the exploration field. Oil industry in big here (Western Canada), but I am not sure about my chances of finding a job in that industry, so I would like to know if the oil industry hires physicists to work as geophysicists. Thank you beforehand.
