The Attempt at a Solution



Given this is a parabola
graphical solution
cuts the x-axis at 1 & 2
therefore sltn...
1<x<2

However, in my textbook the answer says (1/√5)/2<x<(1+√5)/2
Can someone please confirm this is the wrong answer
Or AM I MISSING SOMETHING HUGE HERE??
