I will have 1 week to study for general GRE. I hear it has very little impact on admission. Is this true? Is that enough?

A great general GRE will not help you. A poor general GRE will hurt you. "Is that enough" is an ill-considered question. We have no idea where you are relative to where you need to be, nor how quickly you learn. You're asking us to compare two things - neither of which we know.
