2^4 = 16
2^3 = 8
2^2 = 4
2^1 = 2
2^0 = 1
i can see how:
2^3 = 2*2*2
2^2 = 2*2
2^1 = 2
but why does anything to the power of 0 equal 1.
i only know the rule that enything ot the power of 0 = 1 but why is it like that. Tell me, mathmaticly why it is.
