Hey Everyone!

I'm looking for a good tool to do some high performance computing and analysis for my research. I've been going back and forth about using Excel as my primary tool as it is pretty straight forward so that I can share my data and results with others. Does anyone have any thought? What are the pros and cons about using Excel?

Excel is good for the data sharing you mentioned. But in my opinion, MathCAD is vastly superior to Excel for complex scientific and engineering calculations.
