Calculating Current in a Transformer with Known Parameters and Load Impedance

In summary, a "Transformer problem" refers to any issue or malfunction with an electrical transformer, which can be identified through symptoms such as overheating, abnormal noises, and voltage fluctuations. The most common causes of these problems include overloading, aging and wear, insulation breakdown, and lightning strikes. While most transformer problems can be repaired by professionals, regular maintenance and inspections can help prevent these issues. Adequate protection against power surges and lightning strikes is also recommended to prevent damage to transformers.

Homework Statement

The prameters of 2300/230 v 50hz t/f is
R1=0.286 ohm R`2=0.319 ohm Rc=240 ohm
X1=0.73 ohm X`2=0.73 ohm Xm=49.2 ohm

Secondary Load impedance ZL=0.387+J0.29

solve the exact equivalent circuit with normal voltage across primery..

I1 = V1 / (Z1 + Zm//(Z2' + ZL')), which becomes
I1 = V1 / (Z1 + Zm * (Z2' + ZL') / (Zm + Z2' + ZL'))

this is right??
