In summary, B.Tech in Physical Sciences from IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology) has a compulsory 5-year work requirement at ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) for those who achieve first class. However, this does not guarantee a job at NASA as they have their own application process and certain jobs may only be open to US citizens.

NASA is a US government organization, not a college. If you want to get a job working for NASA, you apply for one. Many of the jobs are restricted to US citizens. I'm not really sure what job you're thinking of applying for. Working for NASA is a competitive process; there's no list of things you do and then you're hired.
