In summary, the ideal frequency to wake someone up varies from person to person and is typically recommended to occur during the lightest stage of sleep, which is around 90 minutes after falling asleep. Waking someone up during deep sleep may cause temporary disorientation but is not considered harmful, although consistently disrupting deep sleep can lead to sleep deprivation. Waking someone up too often can also disrupt their sleep cycle and natural hormone release, while waking up naturally without an alarm is generally recommended for feeling more rested. The best way to determine the ideal frequency to wake someone up is by tracking their sleep patterns and habits, or consulting with a sleep specialist for personalized recommendations.

Unless you mean "Wake up" in the sense of "Stimulate". In this case I will use direct current, no frequency. And once it is on, never push off switch
