i have a problem...i want to calculate for example this:

x = [1 2 3 4 5 6] meanx = 3.5
y = [ ... ] y = ... >>> calc: (xi - meanx )*(yi - meany)

the mean is calculate the casio 991es + in static mode...but how to calculate this 1st part:
(xi - meanx ) ?

in MATLAB we did like this:

( x - mx)*( x - mx)'
