B About the Lorentz invariance of Planck constant

Is it proved experimentally that the Planck constant is invariant in the moving system? If that experiment exists, would you show me that in detail?

B Derive Vacuum permeability and permeability....

mfb I can't agree with your thought. Einstein supposed that speed of light has the same value in all the coordinate systems in his special relativity theory. It was proved through the some precise experiments. The speed of light is another arbitrary constant ? Well, I think it is not true...

B Derive Vacuum permeability and permeability....

No! Vacuum permeability and permittivity must have perfect value! Light speed c is caculated with that according to electro-magnetic theory. If vacuum permeability and permittivity has no value, light velocity has no perfect value.

B Derive Vacuum permeability and permeability....

Derive Vacuum permittivity and permeability using Quantum Field theory or String theory! If QFT or String theory is real fundamental theory, it can be derived the permittivity and permeability of vacuum. << Moderator's note: personal contact details deleted>>

Who does or sees an experiment on rectangluar potential barrier?

Thanks for your answer. As you say, Radioactive alpha decay is good example. But, The thing I want to say is about the expeirment by using the potential made by human. I know that alpha decay is occurred by the potential which is made by nature, not human. I want to know how the...

Who does or sees an experiment on rectangluar potential barrier?

In QM textbook, there is the solution of shroedinger Eq. on the rectangular potential barrier. The reflection rate can be caculated in each case, E>V0, E=V0 and E<V0. But, I can't find the experiment on the rectangular potential barrier anywhere. Is there anybody who does or sees such an...

A question on the Aharonov-Bohm effect

Matterwave Thank you for discussing this subject and saying me something useful. I want to talk to you with the other quantum mechanical problem. If you see this comment, contact me. mrhun@hanmail.net

A question on the Aharonov-Bohm effect

Matterwave 2 straight paths? I don't see what you say in QM book. Many QM books don't say about the shape of pathes. I can't believe what you say is true.

A question on the Aharonov-Bohm effect

Matterwave You misunderstand Quantum mechanics. You say "If you move your solenoid "far away" outside of these two paths..." But, the solenoid can be in these two paths. You can draw the two paths which include the the solenoid. How about that case? You think only the case that the...

A question on the Aharonov-Bohm effect

MatterWave I think that the solenoid is enclosed by the 2 paths even if that is far from two-slit. Quantum mechanics doesn't say that the solenoid is not enclosed although solenoid is far from two-slit. What kind of QM books or quantum theorists say like your opinion? I want to know what...

A question on the Aharonov-Bohm effect

We know that Aharonov-Bohm effect is explained by quantum theory. But, I imagine the situation that the solenoid is very far from two-slit. In this case, does Aharonov-Bohm effect happen? Current quantum theory doesn't consider the distance between two-slit and the solenoid. When the...

One electron two slit exeriment when one eletron is emited after 1 hour

If one eletron is emitted to two slit after 1 hour from the time when the last electon is emitted, the interference pattern will form on the screen? if one elector is emmited by one day, then same interferece pattern will show? How do you think of it? Is there such a exeriment?

Is the electron's energy changed when the infinite potential wall moves?

I find one paper on this question. I find one paper which deals with this question. You can find that paper at the website http://solar.physics.montana.edu/tarrl/pubs/Lucas.Tarr.Reed.College.Thesis.pdf

Is the electron's energy changed when the infinite potential wall moves?

we know the electron's energy in the the infinite potential walls whose distance is L. If the infinite potential wall moves suddenly, will the electron's energy be changed?
