The SM Higgs-boson is a CP-even state, as far as I know this is confirmed in the Higgs decay to di Z bosons, so why there are dozen of papers that propose to measure CP quantum number of the Higgs in tau tau final state?, what is the difference between CP in ZZ and tt of Higgs decay ?
Hello;
I wonder which one of the following textbooks is suitable for mathematical physics undergrad course:
1:) Mathematical Methods: For Students of Physics and Related Fields by "Sadri Hassani".
2:) Mathematical Methods in the Physical Sciences by "Mary L. Boas".
Thank you in Advance
Thank You for your reply, it seems very complicated subject, i have two more questions:
(1) when i declare an array like this:
int a[8];
is that mean that the compiler take a space in memory of (4 bytes x 8 =32 bytes), since int is 4 bytes.
(2) is the pointer take a place in...
Hi all;
I'm trying to learn about classes and objects, here is a program that demonstrate operator overloading, i cannot understand how it works, when i tried this:
//classes
#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
class CVector {
public:
int x,y;
CVector(){}...
So, there is no way to do physics analysis locally expect by using the individual packages, i use for MonteCarlo generation of data (LanHep -> MadGraph -> Pythia -> Geant4 -> ROOT -> Physics Analysis), and there are some real data for training available at the CMS website.
Is that suitable ?
How to do local Physics Analysis ??
You Know all the LHC machine at CERN, and the CMS detector (Compact Muon Solenoid)
This detector run a CMSSW ( CMS Software ) on CERN machines, can i download that software on my local machine, run it and do physics analysis? if yes how to download it, and...
Hi
I want to understand quantum mechanics well (Schrodinger Equation, Heisenberg Relations, Spin and Angular Momentum, Perturbation Theory, and Scattering Theory)
Is Feynman Lectures Vol III appropriate for that ?
Please tell me your feed back
Thank You
