Diferentiate both sides require the product rule, like Fresh_42 mentioned it.
so it should be (a⋅b)' = a'⋅c + a⋅c'. Diferentiate 0 gives me 0.
⇒ 0 = a'⋅c + a⋅c' ⇔ a'⋅c = -a⋅c'
