Mark Edawrds

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you but none too much.
(An amazing poem called If- By Rudyard Kipling, its been my personal favourite ever since I was a kid :-). Its an inspiration, motivation, a set of rules containing mottos and maxims for life, and a blueprint for personal integrity, behaviour and self-development. A paean to stoicism and masculine rectitude "If" ever there was one!)
