i haven't even got any idea how what to search in order to find such an answer, but whenever i watch a documentary about physics, astrophysics, astrobiology,.etc and they do thr token intro of this is how the universe began... this question always niggles... because i don't reckon it would of...

I've only just read about this "new" theory of "vanishing dimensions" however It has me wondering could we explain this phenomena and the universe' general development in evolutionary terms as the vanishing dimensions seems like it would have selective-adaptive properties?
I am forever hearing heady claims that bayesian (something or other) can help people to make better decisions and overall get closer to the truth of things.
However I have yet to discover an article, audio lecture or anything that really explains in a layway how to use or even understand this...
