need someone to explain please could someone please explain this equation for me E_H = E_{H- \Delta h} + \frac{1} {2} J \omega^2 + \frac{1} {2}m v^2 this is the equation just incase the one above didn't come out right EH= EH- Delta h + 1/2 j omega^2 + 1/2 mv^2
