can telomerase be delivered by nanoparticles or anything or is it still to big, for the cell to be able to get additional telomerase without gene therapy?
example of nanoparticle protein delivery:

Do these pages tell you what the actual tri-aryl compounds/molecules are? or do they just list substitutions or something without telling you what the actual compound/molecule is? Thanks

is it possible injecting pure telomerase would work or would it not be able to get inside the cells?
I thought adeno associated virus would be used if it were ever done? But would you not be able to use that on a large quantity of cells?
Im not sure if anybody here can answer this, but, this is my question
What negative health effects etc can occur from viral gene therapy being used on a human brain (to add one or more extra copies of a gene)
what are the odds of those negative effects occurring in the person from viral...
my friend messed me up about mismatch repair but um..what i was wondering is can the issue of DNA damage contributing to aging be solved by replacing the genes that control etc dna repair with undamaged genes? Would that be more efficient (to solve the problem etc of dna damage contributing to...
Ive heard/read really good things about this doctor Shimon Slavin and he emailed me sayingWe also have a new molecule that rejuvenates any tissue and prevents senscence of cells and tissues and the entire organism, but not yet in clinical practice.
but I don't know the name of the molecule...
Im just OCD and I had some pretty traumatic stuff happen to me so I might have kind of a fear of death now
no I dnt understand aging I just want to get a cell sequenced so I can view the mutations inside it so if anyone here can sequence cells or anything please let mek now
Is it possible to make it so that all mutations that contribute to aging are prevented/and or repaired etc through adding and/or having enough copies of genes and/or chromosomes and/or through adding and/or having enough extra copies of genes and/or chromosomes etc or would that not be...
okay well then...Id just like to know all the mutations inside a sample cell- unless I would not be able to tell whether or not they are mutations even using a template
I realize that there may be mutations in an individual which may allow them to age faster/may be different from mutations in other individuals..I just want a list of the mutations that definitely contribute t aging in all individuals or @ least most individuals; u could always check to see if a...
