Jay is a transgender, non-binary femizenter and a 20-year U.S. Navy Retiree. She worked as a broadcast journalist, news anchor and disc jockey around the world and at sea. She is the creator and owner of Better Backstories, a card-based brainstorming system for creatives of all kinds.
