In summary, a biophysics research group that applies statistical mechanics can be found at universities or research institutions that have a focus on biophysics or interdisciplinary research. Some potential sources to explore include department websites, research databases, and professional organizations such as the Biophysical Society. Additionally, networking and reaching out to professors or researchers in the field can also lead to potential opportunities. It is important to carefully review the research interests and publications of the group to ensure a good fit and to have a strong understanding of statistical mechanics principles.

Hello PF, I'm lorentzian and I'm a physics undergrad from Mexico. My current interests are statistical mechanics and a little bit of computer science. I would like to find a research group that focuses on Biophysics so I could apply some statistical mechanics to that.
