Physics Forums, such as vertex. One option is to use the "Search" function at the top of the page and select "Advanced Search" to narrow down the results. Another option is to use Google and add "site:physicsforums.com" to the search query. Both methods can help you find what you're looking for on the site.

Selecting "search" from the menu that you have just below PF logo.

Alternatively, you can use Google for that - just add "site:physicsforums.com" to your search query, to limit it to the site.

Borek's suggestion is good. Another alternative:

1. Click on "Search". Not "Search this thread", but "Search", way at the top of this or any PF page.

2. In the drop-down list, click on "Advanced Search"

3. Fill in the search form and click "Search Now". Do not click "Go", that does not make the search happen.

(Damn that "Go" button, why must it torment me so? :frown:)
