In summary, there is some discussion on PF about Kevin Brown, with some speculation that he may be an alias for Fred Olson. However, it is also possible that he is a real person who wishes to remain anonymous. Nicolas Bourbaki, on the other hand, was a pseudonym for a group of mathematicians and not an individual person. The real Bourbaki was a government official in Napoleon's time. It is uncertain when Bourbaki stopped writing books, but it is rumored that it was when they discovered Serge Lang was a single person.

As to being Bourbaki, you have to determine if Brown is a real person. If so then he can't be Bourbaki (pseudonym for a group of mathematicians publishing anonymously using Bourbaki's name and image). Bourbaki existed in real life however he was no mathematician but instead a government official in Napoleon's time.
